Aleisou, you should know that I greatly admired your Pyracantha illustration! You may also note that neither of the characters portrayed in my painting are clothed . I have much less confidence with costumes and clothing than with textures and facial expressions, which is one reason I'm hoping the other artists around here will jump at the individual character illustrations. Then I can have something to go off of. :D
All those ruffles in Pyracantha's dress would be terribly intimidating to me if I tried to draw the same thing out of thin air. Of course practice makes perfect, so maybe I should really try to do more....er.....fashion.
But I wanted you to know - even in the one sketch I've seen you have strengths that I do not!

Edit: Oh yes - and to answer your question concerning time - it took me about 4-5 hours in Photoshop CS5.

*feels all warm and fuzzy inside* Thank you very much! Yeah, I'm definitely more of a drawer than I am a painter. And I only have GIMP 2 and a broken tablet to do digital art (well it's not broken, but I can't get the pressure sensitivity working, so getting natural brushstrokes is impossible.) But wow, looking at your deviantart you are absolutely brilliant at painting! The hyena in your avatar looks almost photographic.

Ohh, and Tara asked for character smileys this time! So I've done our first three. They're basically the same sort of thing that Samber made, but a bit bigger and edited and such. Sorry if I got the colours wrong or anything, but they can be easily edited if you want. :)

- Tonight Ms. Arenn sleeps with the fishes.
- Stanislavski is my favourite theatre prack-tish-un-er!

Can't wait until I know who else is in, then I can do the rest and write full-blown scripts with them all. Tehehee.

Sweet! Ha ha - Istvan looks SO OFFENDED, and Ben awwwwwwww. He'd better watch it or he's gonna contaminate that letter with his TEARS. And Noonahootin looks a wee bit guilty for some reason...
Noonahootin: "Hoo, me?" :D These are great! It's so fun to see more art!
