All my yes. I love this! Great fun going down through memory lane.

For all the nightmare fuel in the contest, though, it's interesting that none of the player deaths were particularly brutal. Besides Vasily, wasn't everyone just stabbed? I've recently been reading through some of the older contests, and dang those deaths can be messed up.

MOI and MOII had some BRUTAL stuff.
My favorites (without saying who or from what contest to avoid spoilers) are:

- zapped to death by giant death ray
- melted by volcano fire
- torn to pieces by berserk beasts
- point-blank crossbow bolt to the face
- assassinated by a mole

Sorry, Redscape beats all of that-

-A character is tied to a chair, cut open, has a cable pulled through his body to his other side, then he's sewn back up, forced to drink his own blood, one end of the cable is tied to a crossbow bolt, the other is tied to the haft of a spear. The guy with the crossbow then fires it, which pulls the cable, which pulls the spear, and his victim gets impaled by it through the back with all of his guts explicitly wrapped all around the spear shaft and cable, and his heart almost literally falling out of his body.

Fun stuff right there.

For MOI and MOII, some of us intentionally tried to be as brutal as possible, heehee!

Still, with Pockets...I get upset even thinking about it, even after all this time. Some people can really write a death scene!
