As you can now see. The Top 30 applications are now live which means reading, reviewing, and voting can now commence. Usually, I would open voting the day the Top 30 was revealed, but have decided, due to the general strength of the apps, I'd give time for everyone to read through them and make their reviews and judgments before they make their choices. So with that said-

Voting will officially open on Sunday, February 23rd, at 12:00 am EST, and will close the end of the night on Friday, February 28th, at 11:59 pm EST.
