Since everyone and their mother is doing it, I thought I'd hop the bandwagon and join in!
I will be going at the categories randomly, based off what I have heard from other reviewers and my own personal opinions of the characters.

So it's probably a bit late for some full-on reviews, but I'm still curious about your opinions. So lemme pose a question: what are the particular standouts for you from among the Top 30? Doesn't need to be from each category, just two or three really good characters that hooked your imagination and made you want to see them in the story. And, if you're feelin' up for it, why them? What in particular made them so interesting?

Yeah, I am...much too late at this point. ::)

First let me point out that I saw no characters as definitely not working.
Heck, I think I would read along with the main story and the potential side-project with the rest of the top 30 just because this group (all categories in general) was so good.
Ander, Jarl, and Malukh are most fresh in my memory just by how...standoutish they are.
Jarl's app provides a good amount of insight into the character's past and is interesting, and Malukh and Ander are in a similar boat as in they both view themselves as this great "something" that they probably are not. Those two would be funny to see work off eachother (despite various character flaws which in my opinion are good to have).
Sly and Minerva were surely interesting as well.
