Webcomic Collaboration (tdc and Kobb)

Hey folks!

For the last several years, Kobb and I have been working on a comic called "Beyond the Western Deep". People following it may know it by another name - "The Four Kingdoms" - which was the older iteration of the concept we pitched to a few publishers back in '09 and '10. While it never gained traction in printed form, the idea of redoing it as a webcomic seemed a natural fit for the material.

And so, after much behind-the-scenes work, Kobb and I are finally ready to start posting the story online, for free, for all who wish to read it!

"Beyond the Western Deep" will officially start on 1-1-12 with a five-page starting post, with a new page uploaded every following Saturday.

The webcomic can be found at www.westerndeep.net, and while the comic pages aren't uploaded yet, there is still some information there about the characters and the world we've created for it.

Oh wow, this looks fantastic! And I don't follow nearly enough (read: any) webcomics. I will definitely be keeping an eye on this'n.

(And someday I will also read Mouse Guard, BTW. It has been on my reading list for eons. XP)
