The Doctor Who Thread

So, series 6 is over.  :( Anyone been watching it? What do you think?

Personally, I'm loving Matt Smith as the Doctor, he's rapidly becoming one of my favourites. He just manages to show that sense of social awkwardness that comes from being a 900 year old alien who hangs around with humans!

I would post my thoughts on the series, but I want to make sure there's no one who will be watching it soon. Spoilers and all that.

I didn't get quite as engaged in this series as I did the last one. Some of the episodes seemed to tie things up a little anticlimactically. But I did really enjoy the finale. That was very good.

Plus, Matt Smith babbles kind of quickly so I frequently miss little details. You'd think I'd be able to decipher British accents a bit more easily than most Americans, but apparently you'd be wrong. :P
