Character Avatars

I know that everyone is putting a lot of time and effort and (dare I say) love into their characters as they write applications for this MOIII contest. Previously, I've painted avatars for the top ten contestants.
This contest, however, I would like to extend my offer of an avatar to all of the top 30 applicants. This doesn't mean you have to use the avatar, of course. It's mostly just for fun, and to memorialize your character (and the time and effort you put into inventing those characters).

I will wait until the voting is over to begin (aside from Atlas here) so that the secrecy of identities can be maintained. However, after all is said and done, if you want an avatar, all you have to do is reply to this thread or PM me that you would like one. It would also be helpful if you include physical descriptions, so that the image matches up better with what you imagined.

I'm not as good as Vizon, but I too will be drawing some fanart for you guys once we get to the proper story. I probably won't be able to do avatars for all 30 applications (ain't as fast as dear ol', Vizon, sorry) but I will definitely get some portraits of the top 10 at least :)

But yes, I shall certainly be taking you up on that offer, whether my character gets in on the story or not. It's not too often that a chance to obtain such spectacular art free comes bounding along.

Right. If you are one of the top 10, you will be given an alternate username (that of your character in the story), and you can PM or reply with that name if you want an avatar of that character.
If you have a character or two that don't make the top 10, no harm in admitting those characters were yours once the voting is over.

I probably should have waited to start this thread, actually, so there would be no confusion. Sorry about that.

Just curious, should people wishing to describe Lord Stormstipe use the picture on Airan's name?  It might be helpful to those applying.  Of course it wouldn't matter if you're on the vermin ship.

You can use that or look at his description from "Ghost Stories." But I'll post it here too in case anyone does want to include Atlas in their application.

A black eye patch covered where the mace had taken out the badgerlord's right eye and jagged scars from its spikes traced down from underneath it all the way to his striped snout, like thunderbolts from a storm cloud. But, what truly frightened Leadbone was the way his left eye was. At first, he hadn't believed the rumors of what other corsairs had witnessed, but seeing it in front of him, the rat now knew they had been telling the truth.

Atlas' remaining eye was halfway clouded over with the pink mist of the Bloodwrath, swirling within like its own separate entity.

Past that, he's basically just a regular Redwall badger in build and stature. Tough and menacing, strong, etc.

UPDATE

I've decided to change my avatar plan. What I am planning to do now is to go ahead and make a gift avatar for all the applicants (once they are up), to accompany my reviews of their apps. I may get some details wrong, but I thought it would be fun to show my impression of each character as they are presented.
As I said before - these are gifts and you don't have to use them. If, after all the voting is over, you would like me to change something about your character's avatar, I will gladly modify it (especially for the top ten who make it in). But this way, I can have some art fun while reviewing.
