A quick note: As a large chunk of you know, user Multiplemint and I are married and have 2 children. The older one, our daughter, has joined the forum. The younger one, our son, is 9 years old, almost 10, and a bit young to be joining the forum yet. However, both children have gotten interested in writing because Multiplemint and I have both entered MO5. Our son has written up this character/scene, and wanted to share her with you all, so I am posting for him.

Without further ado, I give you: "Sallzra"

*********************************************

Once a goat named Sallzra went on an adventure to seek the Staff of All Powerful Elements: plants, fire, and water. She intends to keep it from falling into the wrong hands.

She walked through the jungle and encountered a goat-eating plant!
She drew her dagger and stabbed the plant. "Ararggarag," the plant moans.

"Weeak," Sallzra said with a bleat. She put her dagger in her sheath, and she continued on her journey. "Darkness is neeaar I will camp heeeere for the night," she bleated.

At first light, Sallzra got some food and set off. She climbed, swimmed, fought, and rested until finally she got to the Temple of Fate where the staff is located.

TWING TWING TWING This is the Fate Room of Arrows. TWING TWING TWING It went on and on and ON. TWING TWING TWING she waited till the time was right, and, WHOOOOSH, she ran past them all.

"Ok NEEEXT!" she yelled, and the ancient doors slid open with a crumbling sound. She then approached the Fate Room of the Boulder Trap. She knew there was a trap so she hopped over the tripwires and didn't get hurt. "NEEEXT" she screamed. Again, the doors slid open with a crumble and she entered the Fate Room of Fate. There were ten different paths. She just took one because she knew it was safe. She found the staff and went home to keep it safe.

Quote"Weeak," Sallzra said with a bleat.

This goat gets me.

Also the bleating throughout the dialogue pulls on my birdy birdy heartstrings. Delicious and entertaining!
