When I try to post the page freezes for a while and then gives me a time out error. I haven't tried refreshing it when it does yet. Instead I opened a new window to see if my internet was working at all and when I went back to the forums it showed my post had been put up normally. It's happened twice now. Anyone else?

It doesn't freeze, but sometimes it times out for me as well. It may just be a bug they haven't fixed yet. I was hoping it had been fixed in the newest SMF update, but apparently not. I'll poke around and see if it's anything I can fix.

Sometimes when I see a lot of guests on I click to look at what they're looking at, and a lot of the time it says they're registering for an account on the forums. Are they all spam bots or something? There's been at least five different times since Erethas signed up and he's still listed as the last person to make an account.

I can almost guarantee you they're spambots. We get a lot, which is why I had to start approving every new account personally. We've had nearly 500 registrations, only a very small portion of which have been real people. :P
