And by Sybil, I mean Revel.

I am the game, and I want to play

i won't :P at Miz Cricket because she made me the bestest picture in the whole wide world.

but i will answer your question #1 no i do not believe my alter ego has ever had a conversation with any of those monikers.

hmmm question #2 . . . i'll think about it and get back to you later.

and Prof. *curtsy and taps headspikes* thankee kindly, sir. I also would have loved a chance to develop Su's personality further. But somebeast had to go first and I have not hard feelings for being that creature. There will be other contests *hopefully* and maybe real life will have calmed down a bit at that time so I can keep up a little better with the pace.

1. umm I do think Su would have definitely formed a friendship with Bell but her first responsibility was still to Revvie. If there was ever a conflict between the two, she would have taken the prego's side.

2. I would have liked for Su to assert herself a little more over time. She's small but she's prickly and even if she wouldn't stand up for herself, she'd stand up for those she cared about.

3. Oh that's easy, just send her a note saying that you've found Baez, and he's injured but still alive. But she might be a little worried about offending you if she doesn't care for what you have on the menu.

Ooh, I just thought of a question. You may have already answered this elsewhere and I just missed it, but what was Baez's "trick" for getting Su to eat? Was it just lurrrve? :P

And I hope that you know that nature is so
This same rain that draws you near me
Falls on rivers and land, and forests and sand,
Makes the beautiful world that you'll see in the morning

To all reviewers, past and present, thank you! I don't always find something to say in reply to each reviewer but I do my best to read them and will take their advice as best I can. You are appreciated!

Like Revel? She certainly tried "defend" her against the corsairs.

"Heeere comes thy aeroplaaane!"

LOL.  My guess is a funnel.

Seriously though, I'm thinking Su had no eating problem until her mate disappeared.  Top that with the death of their first born and it made sense.  Of course, I could be wrong.

I think she explained earlier in the thread that it was partly to do with her parents' weird dietary philosophy, so presumably her food issues were formed in her developmental years. poor 'hog never had a chance. :(

ooh! Here's a question: do you have an account registered on this forum (aside from your contestant one)?

So it was love then, basically. Because otherwise, why didn't she eat when just her in-laws were there? They didn't have crazy philosophies on food.

Well, I was a super picky eater before I started dating my hubby, so umm yeah.  ;)

Hm. You know, it would be interesting if Revel was to run across Baez at some point during the contest, and he mentioned Suellyn. Wonder if Revel would remember?

I cannot recall if Revel knows Suellyn's name.  Even if she did, considering her opinion of woodlanders, it would not have made any lasting impression.  If Revel ever did run into Baez, and he is a "normal" hedgehog, Revel will be dinning well for a while.

That's rather dark. True, but dark.
